- FAQ regarding the Postponement of EBBC 22
Questions about the postponement of EBBC 22
As stated in our email/post/message we have regretfully had to make the decision to postpone the event for now due to financial reasons and not gaining the support of key sponsorship due to timing and also the possibility of a new lockdown (in Austria) later this year which, as a new organisation (and any organisation for that matter) just cannot take a risk on. We understand this news may not be what you’re hoping for but we are still working hard to gain the financial support to make the event happen as soon as possible in 2023 so please do keep up to date on our website and social media for the latest news regarding this.
Please send an email to contact@beatboxeurope.com with proof of your ticket purchase and the ticket amount will be refunded to you. Please note that this is the ticket amount only and no admin charges or booking fees will be refunded to you.
That’s awesome! We are still in the process and working hard to secure funding to make the event happen as soon as possible in 2023. Please email us your details and proof of ticket purchase, keep hold of your ticket and will make sure this is converted over to the new event once announced.
We are sorry but we can only offer to refund your ticket for the event as stated in the ticket terms and conditions when purchasing. We understand this may not be ideal if your flight is already booked but it may be possible to speak to your airline who you booked your ticket with and move your flight to another date or maybe request a refund based on the circumstances. We can try to offer any advice and help on this where possible and supply any letters/documents from Beatbox Europe to say that the event has been postponed to help assist you in obtaining a refund.
We are sorry but we can only offer to refund your ticket for the event as stated in the ticket terms and conditions when purchasing. We understand this may not be ideal if your hotel is already booked but it should be possible to speak to the hotel who you booked your room with and move your booking to another date or maybe request a refund based on the circumstances. Most hotels will offer a refund if the hotel has been booked in advance (this can depend on what platform/website you booked it with so check the terms and conditions for that booking.)
Again, we can try to offer any advice and help on this where possible and supply any letters/documents from Beatbox Europe to say that the event has been postponed to help assist you in obtaining a refund.
As a competitor we will aim to help you as much as possible. If you have already booked your flight and/or hotel please email us at contact@beatboxeurope.com to discuss options where we can help you on this matter. Please include all info and any receipts you have from these and we can discuss further.
