It is with heavy heart we write this message, as it has been months of hard work and time organising and putting together something on this scale from scratch and for you the audience and especially the participants for the time and effort you have put in, we are truly grateful for. Sadly due to financial reasons, not gaining the support of key sponsorship due to timing and also the possibility of a new lockdown (in Austria) later this year, we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone the main live event for this year.
We are still working hard and aim to put this on for 2023 with all the right support in place for the event and of course the artists participating. After long talks and working through everything, if we did the live event this year we would all find ourselves in a particularly tricky position in which no company in its first year would survive and none of us are in the position where we could allow this to happen. We did our best, but at times you need to be realistic. We aim to do this correctly and in the best conditions for everyone involved and ensure stability when the time is right. The event has been a huge success so far and simply wouldn’t be anything like it without the energy all and everyone has put in.
We thank you for your understanding at this time. We aim to revisit this and each of you personally for the future event when the time is right and we are set up to support each of you and the event itself.
More info and details will emerge as the year progresses but until then we wish you all an incredible summer ahead and are here to answer any questions where possible.

With continental battles on the uprise, it is only natural Europe should take its place center stage on the world map. Put together by a team of 4 experienced national beatbox event organizers, each have been part of the Beatbox Community since its beginnings with the same passion and drive to bring the Beatbox Community and competition to the next level year upon year. We believe that now is the right time to make this step and unite Europe under this new umbrella.
Community driven
We are not a Company but an organization. This Organization is for the Community, for beatboxers, by beatboxers. Therefore we will have the Community vote every few years who will be in charge of Beatbox Europe. Like this, our Organization will always be a mirror and a voice of our Beatbox Community.
Transparent and Fair
Beatbox Europe wants everybody to feel like they are part of it. Therefore we will always communicate clearly how we use our budgets, judging criteria, and production methods. Most importantly, we are trying to financially give the artists what they deserve. That means that we are always planning on giving them a fair share of the total income they generate through any of the content they are directly involved in.
